Round Greco-Roman Mosaic - Aelia for my shower wall
Purchased this back in Octobef. It was on sale at half price. At 39 inches across, it is quite an impressive mosaic. I installed it on my tub/shower wall in the past few weeks. Mozaico suggested that it would be easier if I cut the mosaic into strips. I did do that (3 strips), and it was much easier to get it securely attached to the wall. Since the mosaic is 1/4" in depth, but the other tiles are 3/8", it was necessary to place a small backer board under the mosaic, so that it was level with the rest of the tiles. The other tiles I used are Crema Marfil, Jerusalem Gold w/Blue Macaubas dots. The colors of the mosaic go very well with all of that. I am considering another one as a hanging piece of artwork for my stairs.
