My mosaic
I was very happy with the final result. Customer service was prompt and able to provide missing tiles. My only complaint is that if took over two hours to remove the plastic backing. I was told that this happens when the mosaic is left in the heat. I do not recall seeing this mentioned in the video explaining the installation. I was told that I should put it in the freezer but I do not have a freezer large enough.
