Mosaic Design Clause Agreement

This Mosaic Design Clause Agreement  is entered into between "Mozaico," and any customer who purchases any mosaic design from Mozaico.

  1. Exclusive Property

All mosaic designs produced by Mozaico for any customer shall be the exclusive property of Mozaico. This includes, but is not limited to, designs, sketches, illustrations, and any other creative works developed during the course of the project.

  1. Retention of Rights

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Mozaico retains all rights, title, and interest in the design work, including copyrights and any associated intellectual property rights. The Customer shall not acquire any rights to the design work except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

  1. Usage Restrictions

The Customer shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the design work for any purpose without the prior written consent of Mozaico. The Customer understands and agrees that any unauthorized use or reproduction of the design work constitutes a violation of Mozaico's intellectual property rights.

  1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing mosaic designs  from Mozaico, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Mosaic Design Clause Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Mozaico and the Customer regarding the ownership of design work.

This Mosaic Design Clause Agreement is designed to clarify the ownership and usage of design work created by Mozaico for its customers. By agreeing to these terms, both Mozaico and the Customer can ensure a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities regarding the design work produced.
