In the very rare case that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Enjoy exclusive lifetime warranty on all mosaic art pieces guaranteed.
You have 30 calendar days to return your mosaic from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your mosaic must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be reimbursed 75% of the value of your mosaic excluding custom order.
Also, in case the mosaic wasn't shipped yet and you didn't approve the final design, and wish to cancel the order, you will be reimbursed 75% of the value of your mosaic excluding custom orders.
Please note that the cost of shipping from and to the address in case of returns must be paid by the client.
Once we receive your returned mosaic, we will inspect it and if received in same condition we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your mosaic to our warehouse in Naperville-Illinois.

Items Not Eligible for return:
1. Sale Items on clearance at 50% off.
2. Custom Mosaics ( your own images which you sent us to create as mosaics are not returned as we send photos of completed work for approval prior to shipping).
To return your mosaic, please contact: email@example.com and obtain a Returned Goods Authorization form.
Complete the requested information and enclose the form with your return.
Any returned item without documentation or prior authorization will delay your refund or be returned to you.
